Ida Mae Williams, age 91 of Southaven, Mississippi, (formerly of North Little Rock, Arkansas) passed away July 27, 2013 in Southaven. She was born on June 20, 1922 near Lake Village Arkansas and was the daughter of Henry Fletcher and Lilly Mae Breedlove..
Ida Mae was a homemaker, who loved to sew, she made lots of needlework items for her church, were she was lovingly referred to as "the Mother of the Church" and was the oldest member.
She is preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, five brothers, her husband C.W. Williams, a daughter Faye Williams Ullrich and a grandson Christopher Todd York.
Survivors include her children Virginia Williams York of Southaven, Mississippi, Phyllis Williams Ullrich (John) of Mt. Vernon, Arkansas, C.L. "Ron" Williams (Linda) of Mayflower, Arkansas and Teresa Lynn Williams of Ohio; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Noon with the funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. both at Huson Funeral Home Chapel in Sherwood with burial following the services at Edgewood Memorial Park Cemetery in North Little Rock.
