Hugh Fendley
Hugh Fendley age 69, of Arkadelphia, died Friday September 19, 2014. He was born in Arkadelphia, September 12, 1945, the son of Lemock and Lola Francis Fendley. Hugh's parents passed away when he was very young, and his grandparents, Witt and Mamie Francis raised him. He was a logger and a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, one sister, Mary Jackson and three brothers, R. W. Francis, J. D. Francis and Jimmy Francis.
Survivors include his wife of fifty years, Judy Fendley; one son, Warren Fendley of Virginia Beach, VA; two daughters, Lola Johnson and husband, Tommy of Rogers, AR, Lori Fendley Shehane of Bentonville, AR; seven grandchildren, Jessica, Brandi, Alyssa and husband Jason, Megan, Nicole and her mom, Lisa, Amber, and Houston; six great-grandchildren, Randy, Krissy, Kingston, Aubree, Brynnea and Farren; one brother, Cliff Francis and his wife, Jackie of Hot Springs, AR.
Services will be at 2:00 PM Monday, September 22nd at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Dr. John Small and Bro. Charlie Williams officiating. Interment will be in Golden Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital 800 Marshall St. Little Rock, AR. 72202.
