Hugh Brown
Hugh W. Brown, age 66, of Arkadelphia, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 as the result of an auto accident. He was born July 10, 1947 the son of Ollie Lee and Eunice Ferguson Brown. Hugh worked for Henderson State University for several years and retired from Arkansas Human Development Center in Arkadelphia. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors include one brother, Les Brown and his wife Tammy, Uncle David Ferguson and his wife Fran, and Aunt Vida Ferguson all of Arkadelphia and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, December 29th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeff Krisell officiating. Burial will be in the Unity cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
