Howard Watson

Howard Ingram Watson, 84, of North Little Rock, died Tuesday, June 10, 2014. He was born
December 30, 1929 in the Sulpher Springs Community of Pine Bluff Arkansas to William Selby Watson and Annie B. Watson. Howard served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was known as the original Ken Knight "The All Night Satellite" on KAAY radio and later as Len Day through stints a multiple radio stations in central Arkansas and Hot Springs Village.

Howard Watson is survived by his wife of fifty-seven years, Mildred Geraldine Watson of North Little Rock; and by three sons, Mark I. Watson and wife Marty Watson of Jacksonville, AR, Rex I. Watson and wife Patty Watson of Jacksonville, AR and Jeff I. Watson and wife Cathy Watson of North Little Rock, AR. Howard is also survived by seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 14 at 10:00 a.m. at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock, AR. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
