Howard Feimster age 88, of Arkadelphia, died Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at his home. He was born in Clark County Arkansas on November 21, 1927 the son of Tice and Grace Howard Feimster. He was retired from the Daily Siftings Herald newspaper and retired building inspector for the city of Arkadelphia. He served in the U.S. Navy in WWII. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Howard "Butch" Feimster.
Survivors are one daughter, Debbie (Melvin) Dollar of Texarkana, AR, one sister, Sue Tull of Knoxville, TN, four grandchildren, Krystal and Kris Dickens and Kate and Tyler Gunter, two great grandchildren, Kai Dickens and Sander Gunter.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday, November 12th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ellis Jones officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens near Arkadelphia. Visitation will be Friday evening form 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
