Houston Joseph Winslow III, 64, of Little Rock, passed away March 2, 2015. Born in Hollandale, Mississippi to Houston Joseph Winslow, Jr. and Mary Miles Winslow, he was a member of Rolling Fork United Methodist Church in Mississippi and was a volunteer with the Kairos Prison Ministry.
Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife of 11 years, Mechelle Winslow of Little Rock; daughters, Casey Perry (Shay) and Elizabeth Nipper (Will), grandchildren, Parker Perry, Jace Nipper, and Shelbee Nipper; brothers, Billy Winslow (Mary), Richard Winslow (Tyjunah), all of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, and Mark Winslow (Pam), of Little Rock; sister, Shirley Ford (Joe), also of Rolling Fork; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be Wednesday, March 4 at 11:00 a.m. at Rolling Fork United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Beth Miller. Visitation will precede the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
