Homer Moore, 70, of Scott, passed away August 22, 2017. Born in Inez, Kentucky to Shirley and Trinnie Maynard Moore, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran and of the Baptist belief. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans.
Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Deborah Moore; son, Tracy Moore and wife, Lacy, of Marlow, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Joshua Moore, currently serving on the U.S.S. Greenbay off the coast of Australia, and Dalton Moore; two great-grandchildren; sister, Neva Fluty of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Wednesday, August 30 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Larry Ballard, followed by interment with Military Honors at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
