Hobson O. Lambert, 71, of Bismarck died Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at his home.
He was born September 9, 1935 in Hot Spring County, Arkansas; the son of George B. and Sally Hammock Lambert.
He was a member of Bismarck Missionary Baptist Church and was retired from Reynolds Metals Company as a casting tender; also had chicken houses and was a drywall hanger. His son Delbert Hobson Lambert preceded him in death on March 25, 2006.
Survivors include his wife, Wynona Baswell Lambert; a son Darrell Ray Lambert of Bismarck; a daughter Diane Wacaster of Bonnerdale; a brother Bob Lambert of Bismarck; three sisters, Lola Lambert and Winnie Griffith, both of Amity, and Virgie Johnson of Crescent City, CA; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home, Arkadelphia..
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2007 at Bismarck Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Kenneth Bray officiating.
Burial will be in the New Bismarck Cemetery, with Pallbearers being Darrell Ray Lambert, Danny McMahan, Darrell McMahan, Eric Wacaster, Nathan Wheat, Antonio Lambert, Gary Wacaster, Wayne Baswell, Derek Baswell, and Brian Doss.
