Henry "Steve" Kimbrough

Henry Stephen “Steve” Kimbrough went to be with our Lord, Thursday, December 24, 2020. He was born June 6, 1938 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Jeffrey and Margie Kimbrough.  He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Oleta Kimbrough. He is survived by daughters, Lori Henrichs and Terri Kimbrough; a son-in-law, Marc Henrichs; his sister, Geraldine Turner and nephew, Michael Turner and family.

He held a career of over 50 years as a Civil Engineer with Arkansas Power & Light and Entergy Services. He was instrumental in bringing power across Arkansas and Louisiana.

A proud Veteran of 35 years with the Arkansas Army National Guard and the 5th Army, he retired a Colonel.

He served his Lord and Savior throughout his adult life in the Assemblies of God church. His homecoming will be celebrated by many family members and friends who knew him as a Godly and honorable man.

Memorials in lieu of flowers can be made to International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.

A funeral service will be held at 10:30AM Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home (7700 Hwy 107) with burial following at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at noon.
