Helen McNair Dycus, 76, of Maumelle, received her new body and new life on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 7:00 P.M. She was born July 16, 1931 to Walter and Lina McNair of Scott, Arkansas. She was a devout member of the Scott United Pentecostal Church, a loving wife, wonderful mother, doting grandmother and everyone?s friend. While surrounded by her family, she went home to be with sweet Jesus, after a 9-year battle with Alzheimer?s Disease.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, brother Leo, sister Lalafaye and two infant sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 57 years Buryl, her daughter Sandra (Mickey) Miller, son Gary (Melody), four grandchildren, Crystal (Jeff) Holsted and Charity, Courtney, Gary Dycus Jr., and two great-granddaughters, Jaci and Lauren Holsted. She is also survived by two sisters, Ida Jewel (Bill) Rowan and Mary Sue (Joe) Anousakes; and three brothers, Louis, Bill and Donald McNair, along with a host of other friends and family.
You were a lady from day one, and we love you, we love you, we love you.

Home going service will be held 10:30 A.M., Saturday at Scott United Pentecostal Church, Walter Estes Road, Scott, Arkansas. Burial will be in Keo Cemetery.
