Heather Powell, 45, of North Little Rock, Arkansas entered her heavenly home on November 22, 2018. She was born January 18, 1973 to Lowell and Joan Powell. Heather graduated from North Little Rock High School and went on to obtain her Master's Degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Social Work.
Heather was preceded in death by her father, Lowell Powell and her sister, Cindy Powell.
Her loving survivors are her Mother, Joan Powell; brother, Vince (Karen) Powell; sisters, Sherry (Mac) Wylie and Gail (Kyle) Hayden; nephews, Jordan (Robin) Powell and Tyler Powell; nieces, Madeline (Jon) Haydon, McKenzie Hayden, Melanie Hayden and great nephews, Kyle Haydon, Ryder Haydon and Everett Powell.
Heather touched many lives over the years as she courageously battled kidney disease and all it threw at her. She was an inspiration to countless people, as she never wavered in her faith and zest for life and service to The Lord. She will be remembered and loved by all who were blessed to have known her.
Memorials may be made to honor Heather at ARORA (Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency), 1701 Aldersgate Road, Suite 4, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 25, 2018 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. and a Celebration of her Life will be Monday at 9:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
