Hazel O. Daniel

Hazel O. Daniel, age 88, of Bonnerdale, died Friday, December 9, 2011, in Orange, Texas. She was born on February 6, 1923, in Wapanucka, Oklahoma, the daughter of Otto and Effie Ravan. On July 17, 1941, she was married to John R. Daniel who preceded her in death on January 24, 1995. She was a housewife and mother to three boys and one daughter, grandmother to nine grandchildren and great-grandmother to five. She was a member of the Bonnerdale Seventh Day Adventist Church. She is survived by three sons, Johnny Daniel of Lubbock, Texas, Bruce Daniel of Springdale and Robert Daniel of Converse, Texas; one daughter, Beth McGowan of Bridge City, Texas; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Joyce Roberson of Hot Springs. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 13, 2011, in the Bonnerdale Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery with Pastor Brandon Westgate officiating.
