Hazel Estalee Western McNulty, 89, of Little Rock, passed away February 10, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lydia Western, husband, Leo Bernard McNulty, two brothers, Otis and Coy Western and one grandchild, Jadon McNulty. She is survived by her daughters, Glenda Johnson (Kerry) of Maumelle and Kathi Ciavarella (Ben) of Pennsylvania; son, David McNulty (partner, Jeanie Waltz) of Alexander; sister, Essie "Pet" Forrester of Perryville; brother, Roy Western (Jo) of St. Charles, Missouri; grandchildren, Jasmine McNulty of Mabelvale, Bethany Ciavarella and Ashley Ciavarella, both of Pennsylvania, Dylan Johnson of North Little Rock and Taylor Johnson of Maumelle; and great-granddaughter, Kayla Hackler of Mabelvale.
Services will be Saturday, February 13 at 10:00 a.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), officiated by Dr. Bob Dunaway. Burial will be Tuesday, February 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
