Hazel Lynnette Moses "Meme" Clark, 77, of North Little Rock, died surrounded by family, April 26, 2010, at her home after a short battle with lung cancer.
Mrs. Clark was born September 15, 1932 in Stephens, Arkansas to Lee and Maude Linkous Moses. She was baptized at an early age. She graduated from Fairview High School in Camden, Arkansas. She went on to a career as a caregiver in local hospitals and later as a home health aid and personal care giver.
Mrs. Clark is preceded in death by her husband Claude Allen Clark, Jr. by her daughter, Sheila Marie Puckett, by her brother, Roy Moses and by her sister Shirley Fleming. Mrs. Clark is survived by her sister, Joann Wilson of Camden, daughters, Carol Gentry of Gladewater, Texas, Caren Davis, Sharon Davis, Cheri Foster, Cheryl Offutt, all of North Little Rock and by two sons, Bobby Clark of North Little Rock and Johnny Warner of Des Moines, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous grandkids, great-grandkids, nieces and nephews.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, April 30, 2010 at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
