Harry Pierce

Harry M. Pierce, III, 65, of Austin, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2009. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and retired from Remington Arms Ammunition Manufacturing Company after 35 years.
He is survived by his wife, Chiquetta Pierce, of Austin; two children, Harry M. Pierce, IV and his wife, Nicole, of Inman, South Carolina and Julie Pierce Nolte and her husband, Richard of Shreveport, Louisiana; two stepdaughters, Lisa Williams, of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Dawn Williams, of Lonoke; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nolte, Nathan Nolte, Kaleb Pierce and Daniel Pierce; sister, Jane Horn and husband, Steve, of Palm Coast, Florida; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry M. Pierce, Jr. and Emily Allen Lyle Pierce.
Memorials may be made to charity of choice or American Cancer Society, 901 N. University Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72207.
A memorial service will be held 2:00p.m. Saturday, January 9, 2010 at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation before service. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
