Harry John McCallion

Harry John McCallion, age 89, of Royal, passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.

He was born on September 10, 1932, in New York, New York, the son of the late Thomas Peter McCallion and Martha Ruff McCallion.

Harry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, where he retired as a Chief Master Sergeant after more than twenty-three years of dedicated service. He attended First Baptist Church of Royal. Harry had the happiest and most bubbly personality and will always be lovingly remembered for his wonderful and entertaining stories of his life that he loved to share with his family and friends. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

The family will hold a memorial service to celebrate the life of Harry at 3:00 PM, Saturday, October 23, 2021, in the First Baptist Church of Royal with Bro. George Lynch officiating.

There will be full military honors provided by the U.S. Air Force Honors Team during the memorial services at the church.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home and Crematory, Hot Springs.
