Hal Henderson

Hal N. Henderson passed away on July 8, 2021.  He was the devoted husband of Margaret Redding Henderson, and they shared fifty-four and a half years together.

He was born in Searcy, AR, on December 20, 1946, to Venson Henderson Sr. and Virginia “Pet” Gilliam Henderson of Garner, Arkansas. Hal retired from Matthews International Corporation Bronze after 36 years of dedication.   He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Hal was preceded in death by the light of his life and only child, Stacie Henderson Brock, his parents, and one sister, Amanda Hale.

He is survived by his loving wife, Margaret, sister, Ginger Collie, brother, Venson Marvin Henderson, Jr., granddaughter Jamie (Don) Eller, grandson James Brock, two great-grandsons, Micah and Trevor, and son-in-law, Keith Brock.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, American Heart Association, or Shiloh Baptist Church.

Graveside service scheduled Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Weir Cemetery, McRae.
