Gypsy Nel Hicks

Gypsy Nel McCormack Hicks, 87, of Little Rock passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020 in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  She was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 31, 1933 to the late Edgar Allen and Nell McLane McCormack.  Gypsy was a longtime member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Wilburn Curtis Hicks.  Gypsy leaves to cherish her memory are her son Dale Curtis Hicks of Little Rock, daughter Sue Taylor (Allen) of Paragould; two grandchildren, Scot D. MacDonald (Hunter) and Meredith MacDonald Edwards; by five great-grandchildren, Emory, Finley, and Edith MacDonald and Emma and Catherine Edwards.  Also, by niece and nephew, Carol Ann Shelby (Doug) and Clay Hicks.

Graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Landmark Cemetery in East End, Arkansas officiated by Pastor David Robinson.
