Gwendolyn Tereye Williams departed this life to be with the Lord August 22,2024. She was born February 24, 1974 to Vivian Faye Watkins and Thomas Mitchell.

Gwen attended North Little Rock High School class of 1992.

On October 18,1993 she was united in holy matrimony to Timmy Williams. In the home of Bishop Leodis Warren by Bishop Warren and witnesses in North Little Rock, AR.

Gwen was baptized in Jesus name at First Pentecostal Church at that time in North little Rock and received the precious gift of the Holy Ghost. Under the leadership of the late Bishop Leodis Warren and current Pastor Elder Jerry Warren.

Gwen loved people, she loved her church very much, was a Sunday school teacher to little children, during covid she helped by ushering she worked with registration Gwen worked wherever she was needed. She loved traveling, going to the Pentecostal Assembly of the World National Convention and the Sunday school conferences with the church, serving God was her life.

The family would like to thank Linda Faye Brown a great support to Gwen throughout her life. A special thanks to three special friends who were there until the end, Kristi Murphy, Michelle Ready, and Carla Givens.

Gwen was preceded in death by, her mother, Vivian Faye Watkins; her brother, Dwight Brown; maternal grandfather, Horace Abernathy; and, her aunt, Tina Renae Middleton.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Timmy Williams; her father, Thomas Mitchell; stepfather, Wendell Watkins; a brother, Christopher Watkins; sisters, Terry Brown and Tiara Mitchell; maternal grandmother, Mary M Abernathy; her brothers in law, Tony Clark, Matthew Williams, Calvin Williams, Willie Williams, Landry Williams, Nicholas Williams; sister in law, Becky Rucks (Alex), Julie Feltus (Daniel), and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.

Pallbearers for the service will be Stephen Alfred, Xavier Webb, Adrian Williams, Gabriel Abernathy, Keion Adams, A’lahandro Harris, and Ryan Abernathy. Honorary Pallbearers will be Tony Clark, Matthew Williams, Calvin Williams, and Willie Williams.
