Guy "Buddy" E. Carr

Guy Elliott “Buddy” Carr, Sr., 90, of North Little Rock passed away March 17, 2022 in Frisco, Texas.  He was born in Faulkner County, Arkansas to the late Lela Mae Elliott Carr and Guy Hobson Carr.  He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was a retired contractor.

Mr. Carr is preceded in death by his wife and the mother of his children:  Elizabeth Anna Branton Carr, his second wife, Rose Marie Shelton Carr.

Survivors include his brother:  John Carr; children:  Carol Weaver (Doug) of Texas and Guy Elliott Carr, Jr. (Susan) of Florida; four grandchildren:  Kimberly Williams (Judd), Andrew Weaver (Kelsey) of Texas, Elliott Carr III (Kinsey), Brandon Carr; and seven great-grandchildren, Hudson Williams and Charles Williams, Preston Carr, Garrett Carr and Kennedy Carr, Alli Jo Carr, and Avery Carr; and extended family members.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.  Funeral will begin at 11:30 AM Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the funeral home.
