Glenn Skipper

Glenn B. Skipper, Jr., age 74, passed away on September 14, 2018, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on April 5, 1944 in Victoria, Texas to Glenn B. Skipper, Sr. and Erma Lee Skipper. Glenn had a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and started his career at the Pine Bluff Police Department, where he worked for five years. He then worked for the Arkansas Crime Information Center and the Sherwood Police Department for many years until he retired.
Glenn is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Kathleen (Morris) Skipper; his three daughters, Diana Harris (Steve), Sandra Harris, and Jennifer Tedford (Ryan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. He is preceded in death by his parents, Glenn B. Skipper and Erma Lee Skipper and his step-son, Kevin Collins.
