Glenette Tarrants

Glenette Marie (Pemberton) Tarrants, age 61, of Beebe went to be with The Lord Thursday, June 22, 2017. She was born December 29, 1955 to Harold and Jean (Cordell) Pemberton. Glenette was very caring, loving, honest, and hardworking. There were no lengths that she wouldn't go for her son's and especially, her grandchildren. Glenette relished the title of "Gigi" and wore it as a badge of honor. There was never any task too difficult or a problem unsolvable for her. She embodied the meaning of courage and independence. Glenette was quick to let you know that she was capable of any task despite her appearance. No one could match her strength or her heart. She truly was a treasure of pure gold to be around. Glenette invested 42 years of her life into Remington Arms Manufacturing Plant and its people. She enjoyed the art of wood working in her spare time. Glenette possessed a "Green Thumb". She attained the status of Master Gardner, which she received through the University of Arkansas.

Glenette is survived by her two sons; Jeremy Rogers and wife, Heather, B.J. Rogers and wife, Theresa; eight grandchildren, Jacob, Makenzie, Mallie, Kaden, Harper, Rayleigh, Kaiya, and Ainsley; mother, Jean Pemberton; two brothers, Randy and Tony Pemberton; many more family members and a host of friends.

Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday June 27, 2017 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Memorial service will follow at 6:00 p.m.
