Glenda P. Garner, age 77, of Hot Springs Village, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023, at her home with her loving family by her bedside.

She was born on May 27, 1946, in Chicago Illinois, the daughter of Paul Ralston Miller, Jr. and Enamae Francis Butler Miller.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Eugene “Gene” Miller.

On September 3, 1963, Glenda married the true love of her life, the man who loved and cherished her until God called her home, Richard E.
