C. Glen Ross Jr. age 75, of Hot Springs, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at his home. He was born February 10, 1940 in Gurdon, Arkansas to Chester Glen and Lora Allison Ross Sr. Glen was a Vietnam veteran and retired from the United States Army as a Lt. Colonel. He was a programmer for Science Application International Corporation in Dallas, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Ham Ross; one daughter, Alison Renee Ross and one son, T. K. Ross.
Survivors are two grandchildren, Sydney Roland and husband, Aaron, Sean Ross and wife, Katie all of Hot Springs; three great-grandchildren, Holly, Payton, Haydn and also Oliver (due next month); one brother, Ricky Ross and wife, Diane of Chidester, Arkansas; one sister, Patsy Brandt of North Little Rock, Arkansas; two brothers-in-law, Roy (Pewee) Ham and wife, Carolyn and James Ham and wife, Joyce all of Arkadelphia; two sisters-in-law, Sharon Turner and husband, Mike of Camden, Arkansas and Doris Ham of Hot Springs.
Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, June 13th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. Jared (Jay) Ham and Bro. Terry Thompson officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 9:00 AM Saturday until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Ross, James Ham, Roy (Pewee) Ham, Mike Turner, Justin Hinton, Jay Holland, Joe Stewart and Brad Turner. Online register is available at
