Gertrude Jackson

Gertrude Wright Jackson, 91 of Heber Springs went to be with her Lord November 13, 2009. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Heber Springs and the UMW, CCC, Wild Flower Club, Eastern Star and was the founder of a singles group.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 491/2 years, Richard S. Jackson, brothers, Carroll E. and Clarence Frank Wright, one sister, Carrie Lucille Wright Erickson, a grandson, Michael David Sisson, daughter-in-law, Shirley Jackson.
She is Survived by two Daughters, Carol Jo Jackson and Sonny Sisson of Sherwood; Nancy Louise and Robert Morman of Quitman; Son, Thomas Wright Jackson of Indianapolis, Indiana; five grandchildren, Angela Lynn Eggars and Ed, Stacy Sisson Arnold and Jim, Blake Anthony Sisson, Bradley Morman and Benji Morman, 10 great grandchildren, a sister, Dorothy Leone Alexander of LA, California and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held November 23rd, Monday, at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church in Heber Springs. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church Hand Bell and Hand Chimes Choir, 1009 W. Pine Street, Heber Springs, Arkansas 72543.
