Gerald "Jerry" A McHughes

Gerald "Jerry" A McHughes, born to George and Martha McHughes on October 3, 1952. He would have been with us 70 years if he had lived just one more month. We were blessed by God for letting him be with us for this long, but sadly he left this earth to join his Heavenly Father on September 3, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his dad George McHughes on December 4, 2019. He is survived by his mother, Martha E. Perryman McHughes; sister, Jeanne Williamson (Cody); niece and nephews, Billy Williamson, Patrick Williamson, Bryan Williamson, Tony Williamson, and Dawn Williamson and a host of great nieces and great nephews.

Gerald was a happy man, but more so when Sister Drewery gave him his license as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Gerald had so many experiences and had seen so many miracles while working with individuals who were incarcerated and helped so many of them come to Jesus. We cherish all the letters from so many new Christians from many different facilities and we thank them all. He is dearly missed by all who knew him.
