George Sturman
George William Sturman, age 83 of Gurdon died Sunday, January 15, 2006 at the Baptist Medical Center in Arkadelphia. He was born Dec. 2, 1922 in Smackover the son of the late John and Iva West Sturman. He was a retired truck driver and a WWII Army and Merchant Marines.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Daisy Harris Sturman.
Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens with Wendel Crawley officiating. Interment under the direction of Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. No formal visitation in to be held. To sign online guest register go to www.ruggleswilcox.com
