George C. Dial, 89, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, April 9, 2009. He was born August 25, 1919 in Leola, Arkansas.
He served his country during World War II in the Army Air Corp. and retired after 38 years with Missouri Pacific Railroad. He was a deacon and member of Park Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bryan and Georgia Dial; his wonderful son, Jerry and brother, Conway. He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Bernice; two grandson, Todd (Catie) and Tony (Amy); daughter-in-law, Sandy; four great-grandsons, Nick, Brodie, Jack and Whitman and twelve brothers and sisters.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday at Tulip Cemetery in Tulip, Arkansas. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M, Saturday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
