George Dewey Crain, 92, passed away September 6, 2016 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born January 4, 1924 in Tylertown, Mississippi to the late Oscar and Mary Crain. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Dorothy Simmons Crain; siblings: Wava, Fayla, Charlie, W.O. and Marvin.
George is survived by two sons, Dennis Crain(Florence) and John Crain (Poppy); grandchildren; John Jr., Callaway, Kell, Lisa, Katie, David; great-grandchildren; Camden, Witt, James, Hannah, Isabel, Ruth and Cicily.
A private service will be held at a later date in Vicksburg, Mississippi. On-line guest book at
