Gennievee Jackson
Gennievee "Jennie" Jackson age 75, of Arkadelphia entered into her eternal Home, November 27, 2008. She was born August 7, 1933 at Beaton, AR the daughter of David and Cordelia Sheets Shuffield. At different times in her life she was a fee collector for the Corps of Engineers, secretary for Bismarck schools, had Jackson's Quick Shop and was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years Robert Elwin Jackson, three sons: Robert Lee "Bobby" Jackson and wife Lynn of San Jose, CA, David Earl Jackson and wife Helen of Bismarck, and Dale Wayne Jackson of Point Cedar, one brother Paul Dean Shuffield and wife JoAnn of Malvern, two sisters, Shelba Jean McWha, of Fayetteville, Juan Marie "Jo" Stephens, of Magnolia, five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Sunday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Hargett, Rev. John Small and Rev. Bobby Cook officiating. Burial will be in the Free Hill Cemetery near Point Cedar. Visitation will be 5- 8 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
