Gene Buck
Gene "Toots" Buck, 82 of Hot Springs, passed away on Christmas Day December 25, 2016. She was born on Aug. 11, 1934 in Arkadelphia AR. the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stueart. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother Henry (Bud) Stueart Jr., of Malvern and a sister, Mary Daniel of Hot Springs. She was a Librarian a lifelong member of the Methodist Church, and volunteered for the Hot Springs chapter of the Salvation Army for many years.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Mel Buck of Hot Springs; two sons, Brett Buck of Sunnyvale, California, and Andrew Buck, of Lexington Ky; a sister, Gloria Daniel of Minden, La.
A memorial service will be held 10:30 am Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Rose Hill cemetery, Arkadelphia AR. with Rev. James Calhoun officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Arkansas Sheriffs Youth Ranch. Sign online guestbook at www.ruggleswilcox.com .
