Frederick William Cloe, 71, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009. He was a 32 degree Mason, a member of Wichita Kansas Blue Lodge 99, a member and past president of Small Engine Association and a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his sons, Frederick Cloe II, of Pickerington, Ohio, Richard Cloe, of North Little Rock and Richard Puckett, of Maumee, Ohio; daughters, Christina Torres, of North Little Rock, Deborah McElhanon, of Sherwood and Dyana Higgins, of England; sisters, Patricia Haas, of Neosho, Missouri and Bobbie Cloe, of Anchorage, Alaska; seventeen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deane White Cloe; two sons; sister and his parents.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Bayou Meto Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 P.M.
