Fred Roe, 61, of Cabot, Arkansas, born November 25, 1954, at Searcy, Arkansas to James and Lillie (Rowell) Roe, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a prankster...always looking for a smile and a laugh.
Fred is survived by his son, Chris Roe, father James C. (Patsy) Roe, and brother Robert E. Roe. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillie Roe and grandparents Nellie Boyett and Fannie Rowell.
Family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 16, 2016, at the pavilion at Sylvania Cemetery, with service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home.
