Fred Meux, 86, of Little Rock, went to rest in the arms of Jesus on September 18, 2006. He attended Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Little Rock and was a member of the Senior Citizen Group at Crystal Hill Baptist Church. He was a World War II veteran, an avid gardener and a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Helen (Ratliff) Meux; daughter, Cheryl Mann and husband, Billy, all of Little Rock; grandchildren, Carri Arman and husband, Dennis and Melissa (Lisa) Stearns; great grandchildren, Dylan and Belle; brother, Morris Meux, of Conway and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son, James Edward (Eddie) Meux, brothers, James Meux, Loyal Meux and sister, Pauline Owens. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
