Franklin Vinson
Franklin "Lynn" Delano Vinson Jr., 57 of Sherwood, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011 at his residence, he was born on August 18, 1953 in Little Rock; he was the son of Franklin Delano Vinson Sr. & Anita Wilson Vinson.
Franklin was a Space Planning Specialist for Coca-Cola for over thirty years, he was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping and playing games, he also had a great interest in military history.
Survivors include his wife Torri Vinson; children Chris (Janell) Vinson, Kent (Dina) Vinson, Devan (Brandon) Shaw, and Darci Pewett; parents Frank Sr. & Anita Vinson, siblings Paul (Joan) Vinson, Sheila (Steve) Lang; grandchildren Isabelle, Madison, and Lakin, and a host of other family & friends.
Memorial Services will be held at Brockington Road Church of the Nazarene in Sherwood on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with Jon Carnes and Carl Ratliff officiating.
Visitation will be at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
