Franklin Bell
Franklin Paul Bell, of Sherwood, died August 30th, 2018. He was 84. Paul was a retired Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force serving during Korea and Vietnam.
Paul, who was born in 1933, was a native of Tennessee. As a young boy he moved to Noblesville, Indiana where he graduated high school in 1951. Upon graduation, he joined the United States Air Force becoming a Flight Engineer on C-130 cargo airplanes. During his twenty plus years of service to his country, Mr. Bell traveled all over the world including two tours in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his former wife Donna K. Bell and his daughter Susan J. James. Paul is survived by four children, ten grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock at 11:00am on September 6, 2018.
