Frank Vorster

Frank B. Vorster, 94, of Little Rock passed from this life on November 24, 2020. He was born August 30, 1926 in Subiaco, Arkansas to the late George D. and Agatha Kruze Vorster. He married Elizabeth Weisenfels on October 2, 1951. They enjoyed sixty-nine years of marriage. Frank was a WWII Army veteran and  the owner of Crystal Valley Glass Company for twenty years, building many long lasting friendships. He enjoyed woodworking and gardening but found his greatest joy in his family. Frank and Elizabeth have been faithful members of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic church for the last sixty-nine years.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who were privileged to know him. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherry Paul, sons, Stanley Vorster, Kenneth Vorster and James Vorster, sister, Mary Ann Altenhofel, brothers, Joseph Vorster and Bill Vorster.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Elizabeth Vorster, children, Jeffrey Vorster and Harold Vorster both of Little Rock, grandchildren, Emily Paul and Ethan Paul. Other survivors include his siblings,  Pierre Vorster and Bridgett Weisenfels, both of Fort Smith.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, December 16 at 2:00 p.m., preceded by the Rosary at 1:30, at Good Counsel Catholic Church.  Interment with Military Honors will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
