Frank Spoon

Frank Daniel Spoon, 91 of North Little Rock passed away on April 5, 2009. Frank was born on April 4, 1918 to the late JR Spoon and Eva Helton in Pine Bluff, AR. After graduation from Catholic High School for Boys in 1936, he took a job with E.L. Bruce Company in North Little Rock. He worked there for over 30 years before retiring from Wrape Forest Industries. Frank was a 32nd Degree Mason and a proud member of the Crystal Hill Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his best friend and wife of 71 years Bonnie Spoon, son Joe Spoon, and grandson Danny Spoon. He leaves to cherish his memory five children; Charles Jones (Karen) of Little Rock; Irene Mitchell of Tull; Brooks Spoon (Cylinda) of North Little Rock; Kathy Mohesky (Larry) of Leslie, MO; and Holly Roberts (David) of Benton. He also leaves behind, 17 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park.
