Frank David Spencer, 60, of Little Rock, passed away on August 15, 2019. Predeceased by his wife Bette, father Frank and sister Paula, David is survived by his children, Robert, Janice (Matthew), grandchildren, Lachlan and Henry, mother, Ann Donnelly, aunt and uncle, Janis and Bert Larkins, brothers Peter Spencer (Jane) and Mark Spencer (Lorna), nephews Elias and Morgan, nieces Kate and Cara, good friend Debbie Montgomery, and many other family and friends.
There will be a gathering of family and friends to honor David's life on Friday, August 23 at 1:30 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), (501)224-2200.
