Frank Price

Frank Price, 85, of Searcy, Arkansas was born November 7, 1928 at Hickory Plains, Arkansas to Frank and Tillie (Alverson) Price, and he departed this life Wednesday, January 15, 2014. His career with the U.S. Air Force included service during the Korean and Vietnam wars. He retired with the rank of Chief Master Sergeant and taught ROTC at Judson High School at Converse, Texas. Frank was an avid golfer, loved to read and loved the Razorbacks! He spent many years compassionately caring for many family members. He was a Presbyterian and attended First Presbyterian Church of Beebe.
Frank is survived by his wife, Eva Price of Searcy; his son, Mike Price of Austin, Texas; grandchildren Brandy Hinze, Melody Chuck and Kimberly Lowe; great-grandchildren Sebastion Chuck, Denali Chuck and Amber Lowe; brothers Charles (Lorice) Price of Cabot and Coy Price of Russellville; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife of fifty-three years, Marcia Price; son, Greg Price; brothers Roland "Sam" Price, Bobby Dean Price, Jack Price and James Price.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Westbrook, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
