Frank Palmer

Frank Irving Palmer passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022.  He was born April 2, 1930, to James and Fairy (Langham) Palmer.  He married Juanita Charlotte Woelfle on February 13, 1953.  Frank joined the USAF in 1950, having tours of service in Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, California, Alabama, Texas, and The Philippines, and retired to Little Rock Air Force Base in 1973.  He was start up laborer for the newly established Southwest White County Water Association and retired as manager of SOWCO in 1995.

Frank is survived by his wife; two children, Donna Lais Palmer (Don) Revelee and Frank Thomas (Debbie) Palmer; eight grandchildren, Jenny, Sy, Benjamin, Sam, Annie. Daniel, Amber, and Amy; ten great grandchildren, Layla, Jack, Max, Palmer, Andrew, Logan, Kensi, Crowley, Luke and Oliver.

Visitation will be Monday, October 10, 2022, from 1:00-2:00 p.m., followed by funeral service at 2:00 p.m at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.  Burial will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Memphis Memory Gardens Cemetery.
