Francis ?Frank? Foley, 88, born August 31, 1920 of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2009. He was a member of American Legion Post #1.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Sammye Hogue Woolverton Foley, of North Little Rock; two sons, Francis N. Foley and Robert Foley, both of Georgia; three stepdaughters, Betty Crook, of Conway, Harolyn Hanna, of Hot Springs and Pamela Harrell, of North Little Rock; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren; special friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 201 West 4th Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72114.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St. 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
