Francilla Gail Cullum

     Francilla Gail Cullum, age 77, of Conway, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024. She was born in Clinton, Arkansas on May 25th, 1947, to the late Richard and Ann Brown Cullum. Gail was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Cullum, by her parents Richard Cullum and Ann Cullum Harrolle, by her daughter Janet Denise Cullum, her brothers Dwight and Ricky Cullum, by her “Honorary” brother, Danny Wooden, and great-grandchild Hudson Parks-Flake.

     Gail was a faithful member of Four Winds Church and had attended regularly for decades. She had received her associate’s degree in nursing, working in healthcare as her career and was a caretaker her whole life. She was loved and she loved big. Gail was selfless to the end.

     She is survived by daughters, Kathy Ruesing (Daniel) and Debbra Parks and son-in-love Rusty. She was blessed with four grandchildren: Jessica Miller (Rustin), Tori Bruns (Marshall), Alyssa Gilbert (Hunter), and Taylor Ann Blaylock (Cody); by six great-grandchildren: Posiee Blaylock, Rhett Miller, Harper Miller, Marty Bruns, Brody Bruns, and Wilder Gilbert. She is also survived by her sister Talatha Yancee (Ron), and nieces, Brandi Mahan, Gina Starkey, Becky Page, and nephew Mike Cullum, as well as many friends, and extended family that will miss her. 

     A Memorial service honoring Gail’s life will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m., October 19th, 2024, at the Four Winds Church, 2005 Dave Ward Dr., Conway, AR.
