Frances Russell

Frances Y. Russell age 77, of Caddo Valley passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019. She was born December 2, 1941 in Delight, Arkansas to the late Carl and Georgia Lee Lockwood.

Frances and her husband, Dewey, owned and operated Valley Exxon in Caddo Valley for many years.

She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-six years, Dewey Russell and one son, Brian Eugene Russell.

Survivors are one brother, C. E. Lockwood and wife, Ruth of Delight; a niece, Gina Lockwood Windle; two nephews, Jeffrey Lockwood and Jason Lockwood; several aunts, uncles and friends including special friends, Rodney and Sarah Haney.

Graveside service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 13th at Weir Cemetery at Okolona with Derrick Flowers officiating.
