Frances Evans

Frances Norene Evans was born September 14, 1923, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, to Tommy Lee Rhyne and Leola May Miles Rhyne. She died on August 10, 2019 at Parkway Health Center in Little Rock at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Bobbie Aileen Rhyne Richardson (Kenneth), a brother, Owen Lee Rhyne (Carol), and a grandson, Robert Lewis Hicks, Jr. She is survived by daughter Cindy Boyles (Dickie), their children and families, Christy Risius (Dave), Allison and Nathan; Kevin Boyles (Wendi), Bailey, Kelsey, Macy, and Miley; son Robert Hicks (Pam), Keri Gee (Todd), Jesse; Lori Palmintier, Trip and Violet; and daughter Debbie Kluck (Wesley), Jennifer Hopkins (Seth), Carli. Norene’s life centered on her family, faith and church. She was employed by Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind and Koppers Company.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by an 11:00 AM Funeral, on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at Calvary Baptist Church, 5025 Lynch Drive in North Little Rock.  Norene will be buried beside her late husband, William Robert Hicks at Hamilton Cemetery, Carlisle at 2:00 PM Tuesday.
