Frances Hoover

Frances Louise Hoover, 80, of Cabot passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2018. She is survived by her brother, Bobby Taylor; two sisters, Lala Jordan and Sarah Goforth (Sue); son-in-law and daughter, Bill and Tonya Winn; grandson, Bubba Winn; granddaughter, Janice Winn; great-granddaughters, Maria Winn, Lanna Winn, Jazmine Carroll, Madison Reed, and many nieces and nephews.
Frances will forever be remembered for her kind heart and generous soul. She was a hard worker who also enjoyed gardening, knitting and spending time with her family. She was a caring and devoted mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Bayou Meto Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 13th at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home.
