Frances Harrington

Frances Harrington, 71, of Scott, was called to heaven on September 5, 2015. She was born in North Little Rock on September 23, 1943. She grew up in a loving family with eight siblings. She married Delmer and had five children. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved the Lord and she accepted every roll he gave her with an unselfish heart and soul. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by one child, Frank Delmer Harrington, Jr.; one grandchild, Emma Nicole Huey; her parents, Harlan and Dolly Helton; two sisters, Helen Rowden-Hollis and Shirley Walker.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Delmer Harrington; her son, Keith Harrington and daughter-in-law, Deana; three daughters, Rhonda Huey and son-in-law Brock, Angela Marks and son-n-law David, Vicki Fulton and son-in-law, Kevin; and one very special granddaughter, Molly Fulton; three brothers, Kenneth Helton (Freddie Mae), Don Helton and Bill Helton; three sisters, Nedia Bryant (Sam), Sharon Phillips (Steve) and Debra Kruk (Joe) and one niece that was like a daughter to her, Stephanie Sherrod; as well as many other nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be at Arkansas Memorial Gardens. Online guest registry at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
