Frances Ann Earl, 64, of Morrilton, Arkansas succumbed to her long battle with several illnesses, Saturday, February 7, 2015 when she passed peacefully at a local hospital. She was born to the late Meyer Franklin and Martha Ann (DeRossitt) Marks on January 18, 1951 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Frances had a career as interior designer for twenty-one years beginning her career first in Little Rock, Arkansas, and later, in coastal Alabama until retirement. Her favorite hobbies were collecting and dealing antiques, creative writing, reading, oil painting and shopping. She was an avid nature lover and outdoorswoman. She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, William âBillâ Edwin Earl III of Morrilton; daughter, Elizabeth Ann Earl of Fairhope, Alabama; sister Virginia Louise Jones of Little Rock; brother, Meyer F. Marks, Jr. of Washington, DC.. A memorial service will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Griffin Leggett Conway Funeral Home, 1751 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, Arkansas 72034. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals), The Humane Society of Arkansas, or a no-kill shelter of your choice in honor of Frances Ann Earl.
