He is survived by his son.Michael E. Johnson of Conway; daughter, Rhonda Johnson of Siloam Springs; Patrica Green of Little Rock; Grandchildren, Zachary, Heather Johnson and H.D. Singley, Sisters, Oleta Bohall of Tulsa, Ok., Doris Seitz of Siloam Springs.
