Floy McKenney

Floy Maxine McKenney, age 92, of Hot Springs, passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022.

She was born on January 8, 1930, in Robert Lee, Texas, the daughter of James Evan Gunnels and Martha Angela Perkins Gunnels.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and her two husbands Robert Wann Sparks, and Jack McKenney.

Floy had many hobbies such as cooking, baking, painting, and embroidery work. She also served on the local museum board and attended 22^nd in Austin Church of Christ.

She is survived by her daughter and son in law Martha and Steve Wright; her son Bobby Sparks; her grandchildren; Todd Keller, Craig Keller, Katie Hager, Jenna Glass, Robert Sparks, and Sheryl Erickson. She is also loved by 17 great-grandchildren, and a host of wonderful friends.

A private family celebration will be held at a later time.
